Olivee is a Dutch e-commerce brand rated 4.8 out of 5 by its customers — a score built on genuine product quality and a shopping experience that delivers. The brief was to find where the store was leaving revenue on the table and fix it with precision.
Data before design:
We began with a thorough audit of the existing store — reviewing every page in the customer journey through the lens of a first-time visitor who had no prior knowledge of the brand. We identified specific points where the store was creating hesitation and prioritised fixes by their potential impact on revenue.
Collection and product page restructuring:
The store's collection pages were not structured to guide a customer toward a decision efficiently. We restructured the layout, improved product photography presentation and refined the filtering experience so customers could find what they were looking for faster — because a customer who finds what they want quickly is far more likely to buy it.
Checkout friction reduced:
The final stage of the buying journey had unnecessary steps that were causing drop-off at the point of highest intent. We simplified the checkout flow and made delivery information — including the free shipping offer for the Netherlands and Belgium — visible at the exact moment customers needed that reassurance most.
